Greentree Medical Center (“GTM”, “we”, “us”) may offer SMS/text messaging as a communication option for customers and patients who voluntarily opt in.
Information We Collect
When you opt in to receive SMS/text messages, we may collect:
- Your name (if provided)
- Your mobile phone number
- Your email address (if provided)
- Message content you send or receive
- Communication preferences (opt-in/opt-out status)
- Basic messaging data such as timestamps and delivery confirmations

We collect information when you:
- Submit forms on our website that include a phone number
- Request information or services
- Communicate with us by phone, email, or text
- Provide written, electronic, or verbal consent to receive SMS messages
Data Retention: We retain your information for as long as you are subscribed to our SMS service. You may request deletion at any time.
MESSAGE AND DATA RATES MAY APPLY. Your mobile carrier may charge fees for sending or receiving text messages, especially if you do not have an unlimited texting or data plan.
Messages are recurring, and message frequency may vary.

You can opt out of the SMS list at any time by texting, emailing, or replying STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE to help@gtm.care or (856) 761-8100. After unsubscribing, we will remove your number from our list within 24 hours. You will receive one final text message to confirm you have unsubscribed.
Non-Sharing Clause: We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Greentree Medical & Wellness Center will not sell, rent, or share the collected mobile numbers.
